his is a weekly course of study that will cover worship dance basics along
with dance vocabulary, worship dance routines and worship dance as a
ministry. Students are given a choice of topics to choose from to make this
course applicable to those attending the class.
It will be once a week for 2 hours each class 7:00-9:00
This will run for 6 weeks from January to March and Cost is $160 plus
$30 registration fee

This class is a 45 min creative worship movement class for ages 21/2 to 5
year olds. The children will be going through a curriculum called God’s
Precious Dancer. This course of study will prepare these young ones to be
worshippers at heart and to love the Lord in all they do. Movement will be
added along with a choreographed dance routine to show them the use of
worship dance in ministry. Worship in song will be added to reinforce
expression on different levels. They will also be taught to love God in all
that they do and to allow their obedience to be worship as well.
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm & Tuesday afternoon 1:30 - 2:30pm

This age group is from 6- 9 years of age and will have 1 hr of instruction.
. They will go through Worship Dancer curriculum. A ballet/ jazz base will
be their primary style of movement. Object lessons will be taught along with
various worship movement in dance.
This age group is the 10-12 age group and will be taught the fundamentals of
worship in movement and body movement technique. Their course of study will
involve other specialty worship dance. They will work on a choreographed
piece to help them to study the aspects involved in worship dance
choreography.
Children's Flag Team (NEW!)
We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners
in the name of our God - Psalm 20:5
This team will consist of children that will
learn the basics of flagging along with flag sequences and flag chorography.
It will be reinforced by the foundational teaching as flags as a form of
worship and warfare.
This course is for the student that wishes to stretch themselves in the
dance and to grow in the different worship instruments. Tambourine, flags,
billows, veils, glory rings, ribbon technique and related routines will be
covered.
This is a worship exercise class with a twist we will not only have time to
get our physical bodies in shape to great worship music, we will also be
learning and applying great health and wellness techniques every class to
see the overall benefits. A great accountability class for those needing
some help with this discipline. Students are required to pre-register for
this class.

This course is for parents and their children ages 2 - 7 who would like to
learn movement and dance together. Great for homeschoolers and their support
group! Choreography designed for cross generation will be used to create a
beautiful picture of worship dance. Parent can then re-enforce the lessons
taught on alternate weeks at home.

This is for those students that are a part of the children’s or
Youth ministry team. This class will re-enforce principles taught in worship
dance workshops. Students will practice choreographed routines to prepare
themselves for upcoming ministry opportunities. Students will be taught the
basic ministry requirements for a worship dance team. Prayer, Preparation
and Practice are the foundational keys this course is founded on.
Ongoing basic worship dance workshops and practices are a pre-
requisite.
These workshops are for students that would like
to learn worship dance in a more relaxed atmosphere with less commitment.
Creative games are used to teach movement and choreographed dance routines are
taught. All basic fundamentals of the specific type of worship dance will be
taught. Open to all ages( 6-years and
up) PAY NOW!
This 6 week course will explore many avenues of
drama, allowing each student to grow in their creative ability along with
drama technique. improvisational exercises, script memorization and
development. The basics of theatre composition will be introduced along with
unique acting coaching. All students will have the opportunity to
participate in at least one major theatrical production.
** This course is a mandatory course for all
Aphesis Expression (drama team) Members.
